By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound to the following license.
If you're not eligible, do not agree to the following copyright terms, or did not purchase or download our products through our website and illegally obtained them through a third-party instance, you do not have our permission to use our products' whether for commercial nor non-commercial use.

Product Content Definitions
​
Our products contain content that we categorize into three different categories. We split these product categories since some are not meant for commercial usage.

> "PRESETS": we refer to predetermined sound extensions created explicitly for digital synth-instruments such as Serum, Sylenth1, and others.
​
> "SAMPLE": we refer to short audio clips wich can be used in music production such as drum one-shots, synth one-shots, drum loops, synth loops, vocals, fx loops, MIDI files, and more. They usually include but are not limited to the file-type ".WAV" / ".MP3" / ".MID".
​
> "PROJECT FILES": we refer to our original Digital Audio Workstation session files. They normally include but are not limited to the file-type ".FLP".

100% Royalty-Free License
​
All products containing "PRESETS" or "SAMPLE(S)" are licensed to you, not sold to you. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.
All products containing "PROJECT FILES" are neither licensed nor sold to you, and are entirely excluded from our 100% royalty-free license, and can not be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Only the purchaser of our product has a legal right to use the "PRESETS" and "SAMPLES" within their own music compositions and / or in advertisements, soundtracks, television or film productions. The content can be used for both commercial and non-commercial use.
It may not be used to create any competitive product, such as a Sample Pack, Sample CD, Sample DVD, Virtual Instrument, Expansion Pack, or any other collection of sound or loop elements in any format. This includes the download and use any of our free products from our website.

The "PRESETS" and "SAMPLES" may not be used "isolated". They must be used within the context of a musical composition, mixed with other sounds.

The "PROJECT FILES" of all products contain musical content such as original chords, melodies, and more that belong to Producer Academy or other third parties. The project files' musical content is fully excluded from our 100% royalty-free license, and they may not be used for both commercial and non-commercial use. Our project files are only meant for educational purposes.

You may not re-sell our products or pass them on to a third-party as this license is non-transferable!

All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting, uploading, file sharing or unauthorized trading of our content (or any part of our content) is prohibited by international copyright law.

Credits And Use Of The Likeness Of Others
​
If you use any one of our products in your original work, you may not use our name ("Producer Academy") as a featured artist, composer, producer, or any other form of a collaborator.
Without our permission, any use of our likeness is fully prohibited. This includes the use of our royalty-free vocals that some products contain. If these vocals are used in your original work, you are strictly prohibited from using our name or the name of the original vocal artist that provided the vocal samples to us.
